Replicate the Issue:

If an issue cannot be replicated it will likely not be fixed. Sometimes there are other avenues of investigation which can lead to the discovery of a problem, but most of the time you will need to be able to see an issue before you will be able to proceed with troubleshooting. If you can not replicate the problem, then it is likely that a user’s expectation of what they’re trying to do needs to be addressed.
